We will require full details from an acceptable credit/debit card in order to secure your reservation at The Pied Bull Hotel, Newton-Le-Willows, pending your arrival with us. At this stage NO payment will actually be taken and your details will be held securely in our system.
You are required to pay your Hotel bill upon arrival or departure, as directed by our staff at that time. You may choose to pay with this same card, or by an alternative means - i.e. cash or other accepted card(s).
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept American Express, Diners Cards or personal/business cheques as a form of payment.
There will be no cancellation charge if your booking is cancelled with us before 12:00 Noon GMT 3 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. If the booking is cancelled any later than 12:00 Noon GMT 3 days prior to your scheduled arrival, or a non-arrival 'no-show' should occur, the first night’s accommodation only will be charged to the card that you have provided the details of.
The only other time your card might be used for taking a payment in your absence would be;
(i) If you depart from the Hotel without settling your account in full and in person, by any means at all.
(ii) If you fail to reimburse us for any loss or damage that you may have accidentally or wilfully occasioned to your room or any other part(s) of our property.
(iii) If you fail to reimburse us in the event of any contravention of our Safety Policies, Smoking Policies, or other Terms & Conditions that may have led to us incurring financial expenses or losses as a consequence of your actions.
We DO NOT accept claims from third party Companies for Introduction Fees or Commission Charges in respect of any guests who may have booked with us via such Companies or otherwise.
